Eligibility and registration
These terms apply to the KHF warranty-registration offer made available by TAIFENG INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED. To be considered, provide accurate name, telephone number, email address, order number, purchase channel, and proof of purchase if requested. KHF may verify the purchase, product, registration details, and eligibility before confirming an extension. A registration submission is not approval of coverage.
Coverage period
For an eligible registration, the additional three months begins immediately after the original applicable limited-warranty period ends. The extension applies only to the original purchaser and eligible registered product and is not transferable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
What is not covered
To the extent permitted by law, coverage does not include normal wear, consumable items, cosmetic damage, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorized modification or repair, use contrary to instructions, commercial use when the product is sold for consumer use, or damage caused by conditions outside the product's intended use.
Claims and remedies
For warranty questions, contact warranty@khfstore.com before returning a product. After review, KHF may repair, replace, refund, or provide another remedy at its discretion where permitted by law. The remedy provided under this limited warranty is the sole remedy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
